Subtle notes of black cherry, cranberry, raspberry, and plum.
Collina De Bella Esate Tannat grapes were hand-harvested, crushed, and de-stemmed, then immediately pressed into stainless steel tanks. The wine was fermented to completion under cool temperatures. The resulting dry, light bodied wine was aged in stainless steel for 6 months then bottled to preserve the fruit-forward flavors and crisp acidity.
