This poem adorns the back label and reflects the complex flavors and long finish of the wine. Similar in style to a Sauvignon Blanc, the wine has aromas of dewy grass, apple, and vanilla. Look for a different poem on each varietal.

A balanced, dry white wine with notes of crisp green apple, pear, honeydew, and pineapple.
Local grapes were crushed and de-stemmed before being pressed into stainless steel tanks and chilled. The wine fermented briskly, resulting in a crisp, dry, light body wine. Our Vermentino was aged in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling to preserve the light flavor and balanced acidity.
