A balanced, dry white wine with notes of crisp green apple, pear, honeydew, and pineapple.
Local grapes were crushed and de-stemmed before being pressed into a stainless steel tank and chilled. The wine fermented briskly, resulting in a crisp, dry, light body wine. Our Vermentino was aged in stainless steel for several months before bottling to preserve the light flavor and balanced acidity.
