This poem adorns the back label and reflects the fresh, almost effervescent flavors of stonefruit and citris of this aromatic wine. This wine is part of our whites collection exploring some of the lesser known grape varietals. Look for a different poem on each varietal.

Delicate notes of apricot, peach, ripe pear, and almond
Local, hand-harvested grapes were crushed and de-stemmed, before being pressed into stainless steel tanks and chilled. The wine fermented briskly, resulting in a crisp, almost effervescent dry wine after 6 days. The wine was then aged in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling to preserve the citrus flavors and bright acidity.
