An expressive and fragrant rosé with a medley of strawberry, nectarine, and violet. Layers of quince and mango create a refreshing complexity that's both smooth and subtly sweet, ideal for warm afternoons or light pairings.
Collina De Bella Estate Syrah grapes were hand-harvested, crushed and de-stemmed, then immediately pressed into stainless steel tanks and chilled. The juice was fermented using a yeast strain chosen to impart a touch of sweetness to the flavor profile. The resulting light bodied wine was aged in stainless steel to preserve the red fruit flavors.
