A lively, floral white with a refreshing blend of green apple, Asian pear, and honeysuckle, accented by pineapple and honeydew. A perfect balance of crisp acidity and fruit-forward charm with great texture, beautifully paired with Mediterranean dishes.
Locally grown grapes from a neighboring vineyard were hand harvested, crushed and de-stemmed before being pressed into stainless steel tanks and chilled. The juice fermented briskly, resulting in a crisp, dry, light body wine. Our Vermentino was aged in stainless steel before bottling to preserve the light flavor and balanced acidity.
