This poem adorns the back label and reflects the stonefruit and citris flavors in this aromatic wine. This wine is part of our whites collection exploring some of the lesser known grape varietals. Look for a different poem on each vintage.
A vibrant, aromatic white with bright notes of apricot, pear, and grapefruit. Crisp and refreshing, this rare wine offers a delightful finish with subtle minerality, excellent with seafood or vegetables.
Locally grown grapes from a neighboring vineyard were hand-harvested, crushed and de-stemmed, before being pressed into stainless steel tanks and chilled. The juice was fermented under cool conditions, resulting in a crisp, dry wine. The wine was then aged in stainless steel before bottling to preserve the citrus flavors and bright acidity.
