Our first barrel-aged red. Bold, complex, and structured, this Syrah reveals a rich tapestry of cherry, dark fruits, and violets. A classic Syrah that evolves from sip to finish.
Collina De Bella Estate Syrah grapes were hand-harvested, crushed and de-stemmed, then immediately pressed into stainless steel tanks and chilled. The wine was fermented using a yeast strain chosen to impart a touch of sweetness to the flavor profile. The resulting light bodied wine was aged in stainless steel for 6 months to preserve the red fruit flavors.
