Locally grown grapes from a neighboring vineyard were hand-harvested, crushed and de-stemmed, before being pressed into a stainless steel tank and chilled. The juice was fermented under cool conditions, resulting in a crisp dry wine. Prior to bottling, the wine was aged in stainless steel for several months to preserve the crisp green apple, citrus, and stone fruit flavors.
