Locally grown grapes from a neighboring vineyard were hand-harvested, crushed and de-stemmed, then pressed into a stainless-steel tank and chilled. The juice was fermented under cool conditions, resulting in a crisp, dry wine that was aged in stainless-steel for several months before bottling, to preserve the floral aroma and fruity flavors.
