An incredibly fragrant wine with aromas of stone fruit and jasmine, this dry white wine has notes of lychee, mango, guava, and apricot. Crisp and refreshing, this rare vintage offers a delightful finish, perfect for a warm summer day.
Locally grown grapes from a neighboring vineyard were hand-harvested, crushed and de-stemmed, before being pressed into a stainless-steel tank and chilled. The juice was fermented under cool conditions, resulting in a crisp, dry wine, then aged in stainless steel before bottling to preserve the floral aromas and fruity flavors.
