This poem adorns the label of our first rosé blend and reflects the mixture of our two signature estate grapes - Syrah & Tannat.
A fun rosé with a berry aroma on the nose, and the intense flavors of cherry, violet, white pepper, and clove. This wine strikes a perfect balance between two friends, merging a crisp tartness with underlying depth.
Collina De Bella Estate Syrah and Tannat grapes were hand-harvested, crushed and de-stemmed, then immediately pressed and mixed into a stainless steel tank. The juice was fermented together, resulting in a blended wine with characteristics of both grapes. The wine was aged in stainless steel prior to bottling to preserve the fruit-forward flavors and crisp acidity.
